✅ You can specify which periods are used for attendance reporting for each grade level to ensure accuracy in calculating absence rates regardless of the frequency with which different grade levels report attendance by navigating to the Period Attendance module > Data > Edit Reasons and Cutoffs.

For the full rundown on setting up your Period Attendance module in jmc Office, read our Help Center article.

✅ To quickly identify students who have reached a state-defined absence rate threshold within a specific date range, you can run a “For a Threshold” report by heading to the Period Attendance module > Reports > For a Threshold. This report helps you proactively address attendance concerns.

Ready to run the “For a Threshold” report? Grab the steps over at the Help Center.
