How To: Create a CSV to Upload into Dot Maps

Below are 11 datapoints that is recognized by the OnTrack System. These columns can be in any order, but must contain the following information:

  • Position ID - Example: ABC-1 (MUST be Unique)

  • Date: Which will be the date of deployment. Available formats are:

    • MM/DD/YYYY | DD/MM/YYYY | MM/DD/YY | DD/MM/YY

  • Vendor: Vendor Name

  • Position: Level within the company (Line Guard, Supervisor, Manager, etc.)

  • Area of Responsibility: Area within the Event their position will be located in

  • Position Name: Exact position of the position/dot

  • # of Staff: If there are multiple staff at this individual dot or area, you can use numbers greater than 1

  • Priority: YES or NO (If you list out only priority dots, all empty cells will automatically be given NO priority)

  • Shift Start: (Can be 12 / 24 Hour)

  • Shift End: (Can be 12 / 24 Hour)

  • Rate: Total rate for the day (NOT hourly rate)
