Follow these steps to Submit/Update a CAD Map. This guide is for ADMIN roles ONLY
1. Navigate to ontrack.co
2. Log in using your Phone Number
There are 2 ways to upload a CAD to your event
1. When you Request a New Event on the Events List Page
After clicking, you will be presented with a Request Event page, CAD upload is towards the bottom of the page.

2. You can upload the CAD file to the Events Details page anytime after the event is created. To do this, click on the ‘eyeball’ button located on the far right of the Events List page for the event you want to upload the CAD file to.
After clicking, you are brought to the Event Details page. Here, you can see a CAD Maps section with Upload buttons in the right corners, allowing for CAD uploads.
Once a CAD is uploaded to your event, you'll notice an outlined CAD logo next to your event name. That logo signifies that a CAD is attached to the event but not yet active.
Once the CAD map is activated in your event, the CAD icon will turn green.
Your team will be notified about CAD uploads, and files will be processed within 48 hours if there are no issues. Remember to send CAD updates ahead of time to avoid delays during event days.
