Admin

Admins are responsible for setting up the event in the Incidents Module and managing staff members in the Workforce Module. Focused on managing the event from the top down, Admins can view dashboards, download reports and have complete visibility to the Incidents Module. Admins are not bound by the Division Lock feature. This role has the highest level of accessibility within the Incidents Module.

  • Full Event Visibility and Set Up

  • Access Dashboards and Download Reports

Operations Manager

The Operation Manager role is very similar to the Admin role. The key difference is that Operation Managers do not have access to download reports. This means this role can manage all aspects of the Incidents Module Setup and Staff Workforce. Another note about the Operation Manager is that they are still affected by Division Lock and Past Event Data Restrictions if enabled.
Can do everything the role of Admin can do except:

  • Download Reports

  • Delete Attachments

Incident Manager

Incident Managers can access the Incident Dashboard, view Incident Zones, or view the Workforce Module. They will still be bound by the Division Lock if it is enabled in the Event.

  • Incident Managers cannot:

    • Download Reports

    • Access Incident Module Setup

    • Add Scan Counts

    • Create Departments and Edit staff in the Workforce Module

Incident Dispatcher

Incident Dispatcher will be the most COMMON role within your staff. Incident Dispatchers can be assigned to singular, multiple, or all divisions within your event depending on how you’d like to manage your event. This role is restricted and has limited access throughout the Incidents Module and can be further controlled by the use of Division Lock.

  • Incident Dispatchers cannot:

    • Create Departments and Edit staff in the Workforce Module

    • Access Incident Module Setup / Incidents Dashboard / Incident Zones

    • Add Scan Counts

    • Download Reports
