How do I edit someone's Role?

  1. Navigate to the WorkForce Module

  2. Locate the staff member whose role you'd like to change.

  3. Clicking on the 'Edit' button on the right-hand side of the list (Pencil Icon) will open up the "Update Staff Information' window.

  4. Clicking on the 'System Role' will create a dropdown of available roles.

  5. Clicking "Update" will finalize the change within the staff members details.

Alert!

Staff member WILL have to log out/in for the changes to be visible on their end.
