Navigating / Filtering the WorkForce Module (Web)

  1. Navigate to the WorkForce module

  2. When you get into the Staff Roster you will be viewing the 'Total Staff' by default

    Tip!

    Notice in the 'Total Staff' box on the left hand side there is the numbers (82 / 94) inside. That signifies that there are a total of 82 linked staff to this event, with a grand total of 94 staff (Counting the Inactive (Unlinked))

  3. To narrow the list, you can select individual 'Departments', which will display all staff within the chosen department. The selected department will have a blue border around the (Active/Total Staff) box, and all staff within that department will be shown below.

  4. To further narrow down the list you can choose to view based on Division attachment. Clicking on a division will filter the list down to only staff with that Division association.

    Tip!

    The above actions can also be achieved by utilizing these dropdown menus

  5. To get back to the Total Active list, simply 'Unclick' the Divisions and/or Departments that you previously selected.

  6. You can also remove 'Inactive' (Unlinked) staff from the list view by toggling the 'Hide Inactive Staff' toggle switch.

  7. Additionally there are multiple different ways to view the Staff Roster

    1. Staff List View

    2. Department / Division View

    3. Map View
