Action buttons are a way to easily change information, contact, view current location, and link/unlink users within an event on an individual basis.
Navigate to the WorkForce module
Action buttons are the 5 features that are located on the right side of the list view.

Edit Details
Edit Details is where you can view/update staff details
Tip!
Edit Details window will look different depending on the Role that is viewing it. Admins have the ability to edit everything (including Roles) whereas others can only edit Contact Details.
Messages
With Messaging, you can send a message to that user via SMS straight to the number listed within their Staff Details. (In Development)
Map
Map is where you can see the current location of the staff (if utilizing the OnTrack CORE app)
Alert!
Map feature will only be functional IF that user is using/logged into the OnTrack CORE App (iOS / Android)
QR Code
A unique QR code is created for every user when they are added to the OnTrack System
Link/Unlink Staff
Linking
Linking staff to an event ensures the event is visible and accessible to them when they log into OnTrack.
Unlinking
Unlinking staff will prevent the user from accessing this specific event.
