I can’t add staff to my event, what can I do?

There can be a few reasons that the staff are not being added to your WorkForce list. If you get the (below) error:

  • The name, phone number, and/or email exist in the system of another company within OnTrack.

    • Please reach out to OnTrack and provide the following info and we will move it into your event to support@ontrack.co

      • Name (First, Last)

      • Phone Number

      • Email

      • Company/Event

      • Department you'd like them placed in

If you search for a user that is in a department that is current NOT LINKED, they will appear like below:
