WorkForce Multi-Select Feature(s) (Web)

Need to edit multiple staff's divisions, or move them to a different department? See how here.

When 2 (or more) staff are selected within a list in WorkForce 'Multi-Select' action buttons will appear. You will have the ability to:

  1. Navigate to WorkForce
    ​

  2. Select 2 or more staff members to activate the 'Multi-Select' feature.
    ​

  3. The 'Multi-Select' feature will appear as four buttons above the 'Action' buttons on the right side of the screen.
    ​

Multi-Select Action Buttons

  1. Link/Unlink Staff

    Clicking will first unlink the selected users, clicking again will link them, and so forth.
    ​

  2. Add Additional Division(s) to selected users

  3. Move selected users to a Existing Department

  4. Export

    1. PDF

    2. CSV
