How To: Move or Associate Multiple Staff to Existing Divisions or Departments

  1. Select the Event and Module you would like to work on.

  2. Enter the "Workforce Module".

  3. Select the users you wish to associate to division(s) by clicking on the checkboxes to the left of their name.

  4. When 2 (or more) staff are selected, additional buttons will appear on the left side. Below is highlighted both the 'Move to Division' and 'Move to Department' button.

  5. Now that you have selected all of the Users you wish to move at once choose the icon along the top labeled Move to Division or Department. Once clicked, it'll give you a pop-up with a dropdown giving you that ability to move staff

  6. When division is chosen, a popup with a dropdown will appear giving you the option to choose which division(s) you'd like to associated the chosen staff to. Remember, you can associate MULTIPLE division(s) to user(s)

  7. When department is chosen, a popup with a dropdown will appear giving you the option to choose which department you'd like to move the chosen staff to. Clicking 'Move' will finalize that move.
