How To: View staff locations within WorkForce

Staff using the OnTrack CORE app (iOS/Android) broadcast their live location in OnTrack. Learn how to view them in real-time.

  1. Navigate to OnTrack. Choose the event you wish to work with.

  2. Enter the "Workforce Module".

  3. Click into the 'Map View'.
    ​

  4. By default, 'View Staff' will be OFF. Turning it ON will display three dropdown menus on the map: Departments, Divisions, and Staff. This allows you to select and display specific departments, divisions, and staff members.
    ​

TIP!

All map views within OnTrack incidents have this capability. Look for the 'View Staff' toggle in the top-left corner of the map.
