Navigate to OnTrack, log in, select the Event you will be working on, and then select the 'Event Tasks' module.
Click "--" in the "Sub Tasks" Column of the Task.
A popup will appear which will allow you to create as many sub tasks as you like.
Name the Sub Task.
Give the Sub Task a Due Date and Time
After all MANDATORY fields have been entered, the 'Save' button on the right will turn blue, allowing you to save your task.
Additionally, you have the ability to Assign a Single User to the task prior to saving by clicking on the 'Person' icon.
After clicking on the icon, a popup will occur that gives you the ability to select a Department, and choose a staff member from within.
Once you click 'Save' and save the task, the selected user will be notified via SMS about their assignment.
