Log into OnTrack and select the Event you'll be working on, then select the Tasks Module.
Click the name of the task to open the task details popup.
On the right side, click the arrow to open a side section showing comments. Click 'Change log' to view the change log.
If a task is accidentally closed, can it be reopened with proper documentation stating that? (Web)
Like Incidents, Tasks have change logs, ensuring all edits and changes are well documented.
