Move Campers to New Location (Step-by-Step Guide + Video)

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. To Check a Camper or a Group of Campers, Click on Reservations.

  2. If you are Scanning a QR code, tap the Scan button in the top section and Scan the QR Code.

  3. If you are Searching for a camper, tap the Search button in the top section and Tap on the Search Bar.

  4. On the Search Bar you can find a Camper or a Reservation by typing any of the following items: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, or Order ID of the person who purchased the ticket.

  5. From the Results List, Select the desired Group or Camper.

  6. The system will show up the Current Camping Spot Assigned.

  7. Tap on the Ellipsis Menu (...) button at the top of the screen, then select Remove Lot.

  8. When asked to confirm if you would like to Remove from the Current Location, tap Remove.

  9. When asked to confirm if you would like to Assign the Group or Camper to a New Location, tap Yes.

  10. From the Top Bar, Select a Camping Zone. Keep in mind that Camping Zones will stay selected until you change it.

    • Make sure to follow the Zone Assignment Order given by your manager.

  11. On the Map, tap to Select any Blue Dot, which indicates an Available Campsite.

  12. When you select a dot, this will show you the Campsite Address, tap Reserve.

  13. On the screen popup, tap Ok. This will Complete the Reservation for this group.
