Step-by-Step Guide
To Find a Camper or their reservation, Click on
ReservationsIf you are Searching for a camper, tap the
Searchbutton in the top section and Tap on the Search Bar.On the
Search Baryou can find a Camper or a Reservation by typing any of the following items: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone or Order ID of the person who purchased the ticket.From the
Results List, Select the desired Reservation or Person.Tap on the
Ellipsis Menu(...) button at the top of the screen.From the
Dropdown, select Service Request.From the
Select Service Menu, select the Service you would like to request.Services with a Dollar value ($) will need to be paid by a credit card.
Follow the credit card check out instructions and complete payment with the Square Card Reader.
❗ NOTE: If you want to see Services ordered for a guest, Search the reservation again.
Click on the
Requestsbutton on the mid-page menu bar (right side).You will see a list of Services linked to the campsite.
