Manage Service Requests (Step-by-Step Guide + Video)

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. To Find and view all Services, Click on Services.

  2. Using the top Left Corner Dropdown, select the Service Type you are looking for.

  3. Then, using the top Right Corner Dropdown, select the Service Status you want to see. The options are: Open, Closed, Hold.

  4. Services will sort automatically based on the Service Type and Status indicated.

  5. You have the option to view Services in a List View or Map View.

    1. If you want to use the Map View. Click on the Map Pin Icon at the top right corner of the screen.

    2. If you want to use the List View. Click on the Task List Icon at the top right corner of the screen.

  6. To View a Service Work Order click on the Map Dot on the Map View, or the List Item on the List View. This will show you the Service Location and Details.

  7. You can add Comments and Images to the work order by clicking the Comments or Images buttons in mid-page menu bar.

  8. To Close a Service Request ticket, click on the Ellipsis Menu (...) button at the top of the screen.

  9. Select Edit and change the status to Closed.

NOTE: Hold Status is used for Service Requests that were not completed. This can be due to not having access to the RV tanks, locked vehicles, obstructions, etc. When setting a Service Request on Hold, add a comment explaining what happened.
