How To: Edit Event Details

Admins now have the ability to Edit Event Details after Creation

Admins can now edit event details after an event has been created. For example, if you made a mistake regarding the event length, you can now extend the event dates, among other details, within the 'Edit Event' section.


After logging in, on the Events list page click on the 'Pencil Icon' on the right-hand side Action buttons for the event you'd like to edit.

Within 'Edit Event' you can:

  • Update Event Info

    • Name / Website / Genre / Description / Venue Name/Address

  • Update Start / End Date

  • Update Event Currency

    • Used in other Modules like Auditing and Dot Maps

  • Upload CAD Maps

    • We get notified once you do and will take care of placing it within your Event

Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page, finalizing any changes that have been made
