How To: Change Reporting Center Views

There are three views within the Reporting Center: List View, Graph View, and Post Action Reports.

List View

In the List View, results are presented in columns, displaying various data points. Users can customize this view by clicking the 'eye' icon (blue square) to choose which data points to display. This allows for a tailored and focused presentation of the information.


Graph View

By clicking on the 'Graph View', the same data displayed in the list format is presented through various graphs. This feature offers a visual representation of your reports, making data analysis and understanding more intuitive.


Post Action Reports

The Post Action Reports feature in the Reporting Center enables admins to create customized, comprehensive documents that are distinct from filter-based reports. Users can define content, including basic event details, pinned incident data, and detailed status and priority breakdowns, consolidating all relevant information into a single, clear report. This allows the creation of documents that even individuals unfamiliar with operational details can easily understand how the event transpired.
