Once you've selected your filters and detailed the parameters you want in the report, you can easily download a CSV file with just a few clicks.
First, click the CSV button in the top right, near the search field.
After clicking, you'll be presented with a pop-up containing various options. You can rename your report, and there are two options below that.
Download Current Selection
Will download everything on ONLY the 1st page of data (if there are multiple pages of information) in a CSV.
Download Everything
Will download ALL pages of data within a single CSV.
You can also email saved reports from the 'List of Reports' screen, which is located right next to the Reports dropdown.
Once in the "List of Reports" screen, clicking the envelope button will email the report to the email associated with your OnTrack account.
