How To: View or Mark 'Missing Dots'

Resources missing? Learn how to mark them as 'missing' in the Dot Map system to notify responsible teams for resolution.

If there are dots already reported as 'Missing' in the OnTrack system, an alert icon will appear, easily letting you know their status.

Reporting a Missing Dot

By clicking on the dot you'd like to report as missing, a popup will appear with all the various data/details about the dot.

In the top-center of the window is a 'Missing' icon

Once you click the 'Missing' icon, a popup will appear giving you a few different options on how you'd like to report this missing dot

  1. Report Missing and Create Incident

    1. This will create a 'Missing Guard' incident within the dispatch center with all available information within the ticket.
      ​

    2. Mark the dot as 'Missing' within the Dot Map System
      ​

  2. Mark as Missing

    1. Will ONLY mark the dot as 'Missing' within the Dot Map System
      ​

View ONLY Missing Dots

To view ONLY missing dots within your deployment is just 1 simple click
