I'm seeing a 4 digit pin in OnTrack, but a 6 digit pin was texted to me?

We’ve updated our security to 6-digit PINs, but some browsers may still cache the old 4-digit login. Don’t worry, it’s a simple fix!

Hard Refresh

On the 4-digit PIN screen, try a hard refresh. This should take you to the 6-digit PIN screen.

Windows:

Ctrl + Shift + R

Mac:

Cmd + Shift + R

Get a 'could not receive pin' error?

If you receive an error stating 'Could not receive pin', it's likely due to too many attempts in a short period, which causes a timeout with our service provider.

If this happens, please reach out to support@ontrack.co, and we can assist you with a temporary pin in the meantime.
