Global Dashboard Overview

The Global Dashboard allows users to view statistical information based on their level of access. This information can consist of individual companies, entire regions, or high-level access to all sub-companies within a parent company.

Global Roles - (Global Admin / Manager)

Will see ALL data associated to the Sub Companies within their Parent Company

Regional Roles - (Regional Admin / Manager)

Will see ALL data associated with sub-companies within their respective regions

Company Admin

Will see ALL data associated to the Company that they are assigned to

By default, when you enter the Global Dashboard, users will see a ALL the data you are associated with. You can use the "Global Filters" to fine-tune what is seen.

Global Filters


Clicking the Global Filters button at the top of the screen will bring up the Global Filters pop-up. There, you can add as many of the following options as you like:

  1. Company Name

    1. Depending on your level of access, companies you have access too will appear here. You can multi-select what you'd like to view

  2. Event Region

    1. If you're looking for regional data, you can multi-select regions here, pulling up all data within companies associated to that region

  3. Event Name

    1. If you want to look up specific Events, this list will populate all the events within the companies you have access to.

  4. Event Status

    1. Allows you to bring data in from events with certain statuses

  5. Division

    1. Once 1 or more companies have been selected, this dropdown will become available and populate with the divisions of your selected companies, allowing you to multiselect

  6. Incident Type

    1. Like the division dropdown, once companies are selected, the list will populate with the Incident Types of those company accounts with the ability to multiselect

  7. Incident Priority

    1. Allows you to bring data in with certain incident priorities

  8. Incident Status

    1. Allows you to bring data in with certain incident statuses

Date Range

Clicking on a date on the calendar will bring up a calendar with the default selection set to "This Year." Additional date ranges can be easily selected. Clicking on a date allows you to select a custom range by choosing a start and end date.

Views

There are 2 different views within the 'Global Dashboard' with different functions:

Analytics View (Default View)

Monitor View

Within 'Monitor View' there are 3 different options to monitor which can easily be changed in a simple dropdown:

  • Event Monitor

    • Pin and monitor multiple events in real time, viewing incident data associated to the pinned events in the list below

  • Company Monitor

    • Pin and monitor multiple companies, viewing metrics pertaining to each company as well as any incidents that may be occurring below

  • Regions Monitor

    • Pin and monitor multiple regions, viewing metrics pertaining to each company as well as any incidents that may be occurring below

Saving and Scheduling Reports

Saving a Report

After creating a custom report, you can save it and revisit it later with all your previously selected filters.

Scheduling a Report

Another feature is "Scheduling a Report," which allows you to set up reports to be sent to the email address associated with your account at various intervals.

Exporting (PDF / CSV)


You can export reports in both CSV and PDF formats by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

PDF Export

Clicking on the PDF button will open up another tab, giving you the ability to download to your device from there

CSV Export

Clicking the CSV button brings up a pop-up that allows you to choose what shows up on the CSV and the order of the columns. After clicking "Export," the CSV file will download directly to your "Downloads" folder
