How To: Bulk Edit Dots in Dot Maps

You can now 'Bulk Edit' multiple dots at once. Giving you the ability to change all the information within multiple dots in a single action.

Once you're in the Dot Maps module, click the "Bulk Edit" button in the top right corner of the map

Once you have selected the items, the Bulk Edit pop-up will appear (similar to the Calculator Mode). Click on the dot(s) you would like to edit and then click "Next" once you have selected the items you would like to update

NOTE: Clicking on dots from different vendors will change to the vendor that is selected on the following popup.

  1. Vendor

    1. Change the vendor assignment to the selected dots

  2. Position

    1. Choose from all positions existing in the event

  3. Shift

    1. Choose from all shifts existing in the event

  4. Rate

    1. Choose from all rates existing in the event

  5. Position Name

    1. Choose from all position names that exist in the event
      ​

After making your selections, click "Save" to apply those changes to the selected dots and update the previous information.
