What does the injury risk estimation mean?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

To give you a more complete view of your training, we added an injury risk estimation at the bottom of your dashboard. You may need to scroll down a little to see it.

  • Less risk: appears when your load progression and/or pain scores are lower.

  • More risk: appears when your load progression and/or pain scores are higher.

⚠️ A lower risk estimation doesn’t guarantee you won’t get injured.

A higher risk estimation doesn’t mean you will definitely get injured.

It’s an indication, not a certainty. However, repeated high-risk estimations over several weeks increase the likelihood of an overuse injury, so it’s a good cue to adjust your training or recovery.
