Less risk: appears when your load progression and/or pain scores are lower.
More risk: appears when your load progression and/or pain scores are higher.
⚠️ A lower risk estimation doesn’t guarantee you won’t get injured.
A higher risk estimation doesn’t mean you will definitely get injured.
It’s an indication, not a certainty. However, repeated high-risk estimations over several weeks increase the likelihood of an overuse injury, so it’s a good cue to adjust your training or recovery.
