  1. Package Protection

    We assume the cost of replacing or refunding any orders that are lost, stolen, damaged-in-transit, wrong items, return to sender, missing item, and more.

  2. Carbon Neutral Offsets

    We offset carbon emissions from Onward shipments via our partnership with Cool Effect, a certified 501(c)3 non-profit to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments.

  3. Satisfaction Guarantee

    We provide your customers with a guarantee if they’re unhappy with the quality of the products they ordered.

  4. CashBack Credit

    Onward customers earn store credit towards their next purchase, driving increased conversion rates and repeat purchases. CashBack codes are delivered 30 days after purchase via a unique promo Onward creates for the customer.

  5. Free Returns

    When an Onward customer makes a return, we reimburse you with a fixed cost to return the order. Increase conversion by offering free returns, without taking on the cost.

  6. Chargeback Protection

    We also protect your revenue by covering any lost chargeback on orders protected by Onward. Just file a chargeback claim with us and we’ll credit you for the amount lost. Applies towards non-fraud related chargebacks only.

  7. Sponsored Donations

    Sponsored donations are a simple way to turn everyday giving into outsized impact. When a sponsor covers processing fees or matches contributions, more of each gift goes directly to the cause, helping nonprofits raise more, faster, while donors feel confident their support goes further. It’s also a powerful brand signal: sponsors demonstrate real commitment, deepen community trust, and create a shared story of impact donors are proud to be part of.

  8. Returns App: Our Returns app lets shoppers complete self-serve returns/exchanges while you control eligibility, routing, and costs—keeping the experience on-brand and reducing support workload.

  9. Order Editing: Order Editing lets shoppers (or your team) update an order after checkout (address, items, variants, quantities, etc.) without cancel/recreate, so you avoid reships and manual work.

  10. Order Tracking: Order Tracking gives shoppers a branded tracking page with proactive shipping updates to reduce “where is my order” tickets and improve post-purchase experience.
