The Onward x OrderGroove integration ensures that subscription orders stay protected with Checkout+. When a customer protects their first subscription order with Onward, all future reorders in that subscription will be automatically protected as well. Customers can manage their Onward protection directly through the OrderGroove subscription hub, just like any other subscribed product.
Setup Instructions
Confirm that Onward Checkout+ is fully installed on your Shopify store
Log in to your Onward Merchant Portal and navigate to the Account section
Click Install next to the OrderGroove Integration
You'll need your OrderGroove API key and Merchant ID, both found under the Developers section in your OrderGroove app
In your OrderGroove app, navigate to Products and search for Onward
Select all Onward variants and edit them to "Enable subscription eligible"
Give your Onward rep a heads up that you've enabled the integration
You're all set!
Going Live Once the integration is set up, add the Onward product to each of your selling plans in the OrderGroove admin to go live.
