The CashBack page lets you view and manage all CashBack rewards that have been issued to your customers. You can search for specific customers, sort by balance or activity, resend reminder emails, and export your CashBack data.
Accessing the CashBack Page
Click CashBack in the sidebar navigation. This page is available when you have Onward Protect enabled with CashBack rewards turned on.
Searching & Filtering
At the top of the page, you'll find a search bar and filter options to find specific CashBack records. You can search by customer name, email, or discount code.
Active filters appear as badges below the search area for quick reference.
The CashBack Table
Your CashBack rewards are displayed in a sortable table with the following columns:
Column | Description |
Code | The unique discount code for this CashBack reward. |
Customer | The customer's full name and email address. |
Balance | The current available CashBack balance (sortable). |
Pending | The amount of CashBack that hasn't been issued yet (sortable). |
Lifetime Used | The total amount of CashBack the customer has redeemed (sortable). |
Lifetime Issued | The total amount of CashBack that has been issued to this customer (sortable). |
Created | The date the CashBack reward was created (sortable). |
Click any column header with a sort icon to sort the table by that value. This is helpful for finding your highest-balance customers or most recently created rewards.
Resending CashBack Reminder Emails
If a customer hasn't used their CashBack and you want to remind them, you can click the Resend Email button next to their entry. A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm before the email is sent.
This is great for re-engaging customers who may have forgotten about their available rewards.
Exporting CashBack Data
You can export your CashBack data as a CSV file for reporting or analysis. This export includes all reward records with their balances and activity.
