Ready to get started?
Open the onWater App.
Open the Journal feature by tapping on the "Journal" tab toward the bottom right of the screen.
Start uploading your fishing photos by tapping the [+] icon circled in red in the screenshot below. onWater+ users can upload up to 5 photos at once.
Edit location, fish species, conditions, gear used, and other important info. onWater+ users can use Angler Intelligence to automatically measure their catches and pull in weather conditions/flow station data.
Tap "Scan Photo" to measure your catch and identify the species. For the most accurate results, take the photo from the left side of the fish while keeping the fish as flat as possible.
