How to Announce Your Program and Start Marketing

Once your programs are live, it’s time to start marketing to drive registrations. This guide walks you through how to announce your Operation 36 programs and use the built-in tools to get the word out.

Step 1: Find Your Community Landing Page

Your Community Landing Page is where families register for your programs. Think of it as your digital storefront.

To find the link:

  • Go to your Dashboard

  • Locate your Community Landing Page link

Step 2: Share the Link Everywhere

To start collecting registrations, your goal is to consistently drive traffic to this page. Share your link via:

  • Your facility’s website

  • Your personal coaching website

  • Social media posts

  • Printed materials (like fliers and posters)

Pro tip: Use a free QR code generator to turn your landing page link into a QR code. Add the QR code to:

  • Fliers

  • Pro shop counters

  • T-shirts, pizza boxes, posters… get creative!

Step 3: Use the Marketing Resource Center

No design experience? No problem. Head to the Marketing Resource Center to access:

  • Email campaigns

  • Marketing guides

To get started:

  • Use the pre-made academy flier templates

  • Update your facility name, logo, and contact info

  • Add your QR code to make registration seamles

Step 4: Send Out the Pre-Written Email Campaign

We provide a four-email campaign you can use right away:

  • Each email is fully written

  • Just update the red text

  • Copy, paste, and send to your contact list

Step 5: Need More Help? Use the Marketing Blueprint
