Manage leads and enrollments

Once your programs are live and your marketing is in motion, it’s time to track performance and handle new leads and enrollments.

Check if your marketing is working

Go to your Community Leads page and check the landing page stats:

  • If daily views are increasing, your marketing is working.

  • If views are stuck at zero after a few days, try new channels or ideas from the Marketing Blueprint in the Resource Center.

What counts as a lead?

A lead is created when someone visits your landing page and fills out the lead form.

  • You’ll get a notification.

  • Their info appears in your Community Leads tab.

Pro Tip: Respond quickly. Send an email and follow up with a quick text so they don’t miss it in their inbox.

You can update their status in the lead pipeline to keep things organized.

Managing enrollments

When someone enrolls in a program, you’ll be notified.

  • View and manage enrollments inside the Manage Enrollments tab on your Program Dashboard.

  • Online payments: Enrollments are automatically accepted.

  • Offline payments: You may need to manually approve them depending on your settings.

You can also:

  • Manually add students via the dropdown menu.

  • Update packages and payment status (only for offline payments).

  • Remove or drop students using the three-dot menu.

  • Refund online payments directly from the enrollment list.

Once your enrollment setup is in place, you’re ready to manage growth like a pro.
