What are the Access Options
These options allow you to assign a transaction to one of your Team Users, Agent Portal Users, and Client Portal Users.
Team Users
Step 1:
Click More then choose Access, and click the Team Users tab.
Step 2:
Click Reassign Property.
Step 3:
Choose one of the teams and team users (these are both required).
Step 4:
Click the Update button to save the changes.
Important: Reassigning this property to a different user will update the defaults (email address, email signature, texting number, etc.) to the newly assigned user. |
Agent
Step 1:
From the Options, click Access.
Step 2:
Select Agent and click the Assign to agent portal user link.
Step 3:
Choose one of the agent portal users from the drop-down and click the Assign button.
Client Portal Users
Invite clients (buyers, sellers, lenders, etc) to have permission-based, read-only access to the property.
Step 1:
From the Client Portal Users, click Send Invite link.
Step 2:
Create a Role and hit Add.
Step 3:
Set up your client permissions first before sending an invite.
Important: These permissions are applied to all client portal users assigned to this role |
Step 4:
Enter the client’s information - First name, Last name, Email address, and select a Client Role from the drop-down then hit the Send Invite button.
