Assigning an Active Phone Number to a Team Member

Step 1:

From the gear icon on the left sidebar tool, click Phone Numbers.

Step 2:

Under the Active Numbers choose a team member/ user that you want to assign a phone number.

Deleting an Active Phone Number

Click the 🗑 icon and a popup message will appear and hit Delete to continue.

Important:

You will completely lose access to this number and the ability to send or receive text messages or make phone calls.
