Assigning a Task to a User

Before assigning a task to a certain user, please ensure that you have added your team member to your team (s) and assigned a role.

Step 1:

Open one of your transactions and click the Tasks tab or task templates.

Step 2:

Click Roles and select one or more roles that you want to assign a task. This will automatically add the assigned user to the task.

How to Only See Tasks Assigned to a Specific Team Member Inside the Transaction

Step 1:

Open one of your transactions and click the Tasks tab.

Step 2:

From the filter bar, click the person icon and choose a user to see all the tasks assigned to that person.
