Adding a New Team

Step 1:

From the left-side panel, go to the gear icon and select Organization & Users or from the Profile icon, click Organization.

Step 2:

Under Teams, click +Add Team, type in the name of your team, and click the Create Team button.

IMPORTANT:

For onboarding, you must create at least one team even if it’s just a one-person team.

  • If you are a single TC, create at least one team for yourself.

  • If you are a larger agency, create teams based on your internal structure.

  • You can have the same person on multiple teams.
