Adding a New Team

Step 1:

From the left sidebar, go to the Organization & Users and select the Teams tab.

Step 2:

Enter the name of your team and click the Create Team button.

Important:

For onboarding, you must create at least one team even if it’s just a one-person team.

  • If you are a single TC, create at least one team for yourself.

  • If you are a larger agency, you could create a team for everyone that’s going to be a user of the account.

  • You can have the same person on multiple teams.
