Adding Contacts to the Agent Portal
From the left side navigation menu, go to Contacts, and click the Add Contact button.
Enter the contact information and click Save.
Edit a Contact
Go to the Contacts menu from the left side navigation menu and select one of the contact users.
Enter the information you want to add or change and click the Update button.
Delete a Contact
Go to the Contacts menu from the left side navigation menu and click the π icon to delete it.
IMPORTANT:
The only contacts you can delete are the ones you created.
