What are the credentials and benefits of adding my API Keys to my Agent User Portal?

These are either your username and password combination or an API key that we can use to access your website account. We use credentials to log in and upload documents or take action on your behalf. All credentials are locked, encrypted, and cannot be retrieved once submitted.

Step 1:

From the left sidebar, go to the API Keys menu and click the Add New Credential button.

Step 2:

For username and password, enter the website, username, and password, or for the API Key, enter the website and API key into the box provided on the screen and click Submit.

From the left sidebar, go to the Billing menu.

Step 2:

Enter your credit or debit card details, then tick the box that says “Agree to allow this card to be used for all future charges” and hit Add Card.

Two settings can be edited by the agent on the agent portal and these are Your Time Zone and How It Works Settings. The US Dollar is the only supported currency.
