Property Template
It’s a collection of other templates that you can put together. Using this template, you can assign and group the Trigger, Task, Field, Document, and Date Templates so that you don’t have to individually select these templates anymore when filling out the New Property Intake Form.
All Categories/ Category
Adding and using Category can help you organize your templates in such a way that it makes the template visually easier to locate.
You can delete the category that you created by clicking “Manage Categories”
Once the category has been created, it cannot be edited.
Sort Templates
It allows you to organize your templates according to your preference and this can be done by clicking the Sort Templates button. The right-side panel will open and you can drag and drop the property templates into the desired order.
Add New
This button will allow you to create a new property template.
Search Bar and Renaming a Template
This search box will allow you to easily find the template that you’re looking for especially if you have lots of property templates saved in the system. Hover your mouse over the template name and just simply type in the new name and hit the check button to save the changes.
Edit and Options
The “Edit” button will allow you to modify your property template. The “Options” are for cloning and deleting a property template.
Creating a Property Template
Step 1:
From the dashboard screen, go to the hammer icon and select Templates.
Step 2:
Go to the Property Templates, and click Add New. Enter the property template name and hit Submit.
Step 3:
Enter the name of your Property Template and hit Submit.
Step 4:
After adding the property template, click the Edit button. It gives you the ability to stack multiple templates together so that you can apply them all at the same time.
Step 5:
Click the dropdown menus for each template and choose the template you want to be added by clicking the Add button. You can drag and drop the templates into your desired order by clicking the six dots or delete them by clicking the 🗑 icon.
