When communicating with others, you will often repeat what you are saying throughout the different transactions you are a part of. You can create and apply message templates so that sending messages takes less time. Let's go over how to apply a message template.
You will first need to go to your transaction details and click on the title of the transaction you want to apply the message template to. Select Messages from the header, and find New Message in the upper right corner of the message section.
A side panel will open on the left with your message editor. In the upper right corner of the message editor, click on Apply Template. This will open a list of all the message templates in your account.
You can either scroll through your message templates or use the search option if you have a lot of templates. Click on Apply next to the one you want.
This will apply the message template to the message editor. It's important to look over the message to make sure everything looks correct. If you need to make any changes to your message template, go back to the Templates page which can be found in the hammer icon.
Important:
