If you are working on your message templates and need to sort them into a different order, this can be done by clicking on the Sort Templates button. A side panel will open to the right side where you can click on the name of the template and drag and drop it to the location you want.

When you are done sorting the templates, click on Close at the top of the side panel to go back to the message template options. They will appear in the order you changed them to. This can be very helpful if you are working with a set of message templates on a regular basis.
