How does it work?

Submitting an arbitration claim in the OPENLANE app is simple:

  1. Open the OPENLANE app and navigate to your Purchase History.

  2. Select the vehicle you would like to arbitrate.

  3. Tap Start Arbitration.

  4. Choose the appropriate arbitration reason.

  5. Add details about the issue.

  6. Upload supporting evidence, including:

    • Photos

    • Videos

    • Documents

  7. Review your information and tap Submit.

Your claim will then be routed to the OPENLANE Arbitration team for review.
