Our Arbitration Policy allows up to 45 days for sellers to provide the title. If you haven't received your title after 14 days, please request an update through the Vehicles Purchased page.

If you wish to pursue this option, the seller will have three business days to produce the title. If the title does not arrive in that window, we will unwind the sale and we will have the vehicle picked up from your lot as soon as possible.
