Please send the title to OPENLANE as soon as possible to keep buyers coming back and the process moving smoothly! A delay in delivery may cause buyers to stop making offers on your vehicles.

If vehicles are sold “Late Title” and the title is not received within 45 days, late fees apply and the buyer could choose to return the vehicle — in which case, you are responsible for any transportation fees. Any backdowns are subject to a $500 backdown fee.

If vehicles are sold “Title in Hand” and the title is not received within 7 days, late fees apply and the buyer could choose to return the vehicle — in which case, you are responsible for any transportation fees. Any backdowns are subject to a $500 backdown fee.
