When you first save a sketch, a thumbnail of the current state of your sketch is assigned as its thumbnail on the save dialog. You can click on the camera icon to change this thumbnail and capture another state of your sketch instead.

Once saved, this thumbnail is used to represent your sketch on OpenProcessing. You can later change this thumbnail or any other meta data by clicking (i)nfo -> Edit button.
