Connecting Big Cartel pulls fan and purchase data into Openstage automatically. Every fan who makes a purchase on your Big Cartel store is created or enriched as a fan profile in real time.
Set up the integration
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Select Big Cartel and click Connect.
Log in to Big Cartel when prompted and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once complete, you are returned to Openstage. A confirmation indicator appears in the top right corner of the page when the connection is active.
Fans who purchase from your Big Cartel store are automatically assigned the bigcartel-welcome tag. Filter by this tag in your Fans list to find them. Purchase data is also available in the Transactions section of your account.
