Connecting Music Glue pulls fan and purchase data into Openstage automatically. Every fan who makes a purchase on your Music Glue store is created or enriched as a fan profile in real time.
Set up the integration
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Select Music Glue from the list of available integrations.
Enter your Music Glue store ID and click Save.
Fans who purchase from your Music Glue store are automatically assigned the musicglue-welcome tag. Filter by this tag in your Fans list to find them.
🟡 Please note: There is no historical sync for the Music Glue integration. To import orders placed before the integration was connected, export your historical transactions from Music Glue and import them manually into Openstage.
