SMS broadcasts are billed separately from your Openstage platform license fee. Before any SMS broadcast or automation can send, you need to set up the SMS Billing Portal and add credit.
Set up the SMS Billing Portal
Navigate to Settings > Account Settings > Billing.
Select Stripe SMS Billing Portal.
Add a payment method at the top of the billing portal page.
⚪ Note: The same payment method used for your platform license can be used here, but the SMS Billing Portal must be set up separately before credit can be applied.
Top-up SMS credit
Navigate to Messages > Message Inbox.
Select Top Up Your Credit.
Enter your top-up amount in the popup and confirm.

Current SMS pricing by country is available here under usage charges. Inbound SMS is priced at £0.012 / $0.016 from all countries. Inbound calls cost £0.025 / $0.033.
SMS Invoices
Find your SMS invoices by opening the SMS Billing Portal. Invoices appear at the bottom of the portal page.
