Here is how schedules, notifications, and compliance works with the OpsAnalitica Platform.
There is a schedule:
β
You can see the daily schedule for this location.
You will also note that the Temp Log is available to be worked and the Mid Shift is not.
Checklist compliance, late notifications, and status are driven off of the schedule.
When you select checklists to work off of the schedule and complete them on time, you get a Complete Status.
If you don't complete a scheduled checklist on time, at the due time, a late notification is sent out to all the people associated to the restaurant.
Some checklists give you a grace or late period to complete them, those checklists when completed get a Late Status.
Checklists that are never worked get a Not Complete Status.
The schedule exists to take the guesswork out of running the restaurant, work the checklists from the schedule when they are supposed to be done and you will be just fine.
How do you know if the checklist you are completing is going to count for the schedule?
When you select a checklist from the schedule you will see the schedule at the top of the screen.
If you select a checklist from the Checklists list below the schedule you will not see any schedule associated and you will not get credit.
What happens if you accidentally select a checklist from the Checklists list and not the schedule. We've got you covered.
If you select a checklist off of the Checklists List and it is during a scheduled time, you will get this option when clicking done.
It gives you the option to associate this unscheduled checklist with a current schedule.
The best practice is to work the checklists off of the schedule and get them completed before their due time. You can always tell if you are going to get credit for a checklist by making sure you are associated to an active schedule.
The easiest way to do that is to select the checklists off of the schedule.
