It sounds like you may want to cancel your service and get a refund.
We don't give refunds and that is clearly spelled out in our terms of service that you agreed to by purchasing your account Initially. See Fees and Payments section in the terms for more information on this.
If you don't want to get billed again, you need to cancel your service.
To cancel you subscription, email AR@opsanalitica.com and tell them you want to cancel.
Once your cancelation is acknowledged by our team, you won't get billed again in the future.
Because you have prepaid for this service, we will keep your portal active until your renewal/cancellation date. Feel free to continue to using the platform because you have paid for it.
