You can take five photos per comment.

You can have as many comments as you would like with 5 photos each.

You can take five photos per photo question.There is a delete button on the bottom of each photo, so if you don't like it you can remove it before hitting Ok.

The only limit is that a checklist cannot be bigger than 100 mbs.
