Basic Troubleshooting an Issue with the App

Most OpsAnalitica Advanced Issues are caused when the app thinks it has internet but it doesn't.

Let's confirm you have internet real quick. If you are chatting from the device you can just ask to speak to a support rep. If you aren't do this test on your device.

  1. Go get the device that you are having issues with.

  2. Turn it on, make sure it is connected to the Wifi

  3. Open a the browser

  4. Open a New Tab

  5. Go to a website you are allowed to navigate to.

If you got to that website, then you have internet.
